Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all original accessories, manuals, and the provided RMA document to ensure a smooth inspection.
Ship the Product
Affix the shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
